This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased on igulu. iGulu is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers on the checkout page.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

All qualified orders are eligible for free shipping. iGulu will cover customs duty costs, any other fees associated with, if any, such as GST, PST, carrier disbursement, or service fees related to customs clearance and entry, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

iGulu provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

DELAYS

iGulu is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, iGulu is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.
